Negative: There were construction works going on when we visited, no disturbance, just not ideal.

Positive: This is a unique property indeed It is beautifully appointed and very comfortable to stay in. Parking is right in front of the Trullo house which is a bonus. Breakfast was a very short walk away in a beautiful cafe with outstanding service and a great range of breakfast foods on offer. Good communication from the team made it easy to find the accommodation. It is very centrally situated from where to explore the new town and the Trulli houses.
Negative: We wanted to have dinner in the "cottage" but unfortunately there was no cutlery. With such a special ambience we would also have appreciated better coffee than what was on offer.

Positive: The location of the room was great, in the middle of one of the Trulli's neighborhood, two blocks from the main pedestrian street . Room space was nice, we even had a little backyard. Parking was included in a free Public parking lot 3 blocks from the room . Breakfast is serve in a café close by . It is a fix menu , not bad , boiled egss, lots of fresh pastries chesse , ham etc . It's not selfserve , there was a lady serving anything we chose wich it is Ok but I found the lady with a little bit of an attitude... not as nice as the rest of the people we have been interacting with .
Negative: The cafetería ladys serving the breakfast today Sept 2/24 .

Positive: The pre travel correspondence was superb. The location in relation to the office to collect and be shown to our Trulli (Number 12) the town, bars/restaurants,supermarket and wow your own driveway. Im hopeless with names but the gentleman who walked us to our Trulli was amazing

Positive: My dream of staying in a Trulli came true thanks to Albergo Diffuso! The trulli was located perfectly, basically Alberobello is on your doorstep. Parking was located 5 minutes walk away the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly and communicated everything effectively. The Trulli was clean and cosy I loved everything about the interior. Breakfast is booked in a time slot which some may find different but I guess that system works from them and we didn’t have a problem with that plus the breakfast was delicious especially their homemade cakes.
Negative: Only thing is on the first night I found the bed to be a little uncomfortable it felt like I was sinking in the middle.

Negative: That’s so much like, rather, would have liked to have seen, and did: A little bit more amenity in the room, more space intentionally created to open up suitcases, samples of local snacks, and foods. Not having these things was not a big issue at all… Overall, I thought it was excellent
